Kitchen

No Cooking - The kitchen range is to be used for warming/reheating only as we are not approved by the health department to cook food on site. Please relay this to your caterer if you have one

Parking

No parking at Ross Graden during their business hours. Additional parking details will be provided with your entry instructions. Please be sure to convey this to all guests

Operating Hours

All events must end by 10:00pm due to city sound ordinances - Cleaning may be completed after the event from 10:00-11:00pm

Cleaning

Complete breakdown and cleaning requirements as detailed in our Cleaning Instructions
No nails, screws, staples, or penetrating items should be used - We highly recommend 3M products such as command strips
Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed
No confetti, glitter, pampas grass, etc.

Decor

No confetti, glitter, pampas grass, etc.
Please bring your own disposable tablecloth(s) for any arts & crafts to protect our table linens

Damages

By booking, you agree to pay for any damages incurred during your event in the space

Rental Space

The Pilates studio in the back of the building is a separate business entity that is currently occupied by a tenant. While we do have connecting doors, this is not part of the rental space. Please do not enter the studio or you will be held responsible for trespassing/incurred damages
The floral space is also off limits to customers of The Meeting Point. Please do not enter this area without expressed permission

Cancellation Policy

Once a booking is requested, a non refundable deposit is required to confirm your rental. Non-payment will result in the cancellation of your reservation request.

The Meeting Point does not offer refunds or cancellations due to inclement weather or illness. If extreme weather disrupts an event, the event can be rescheduled for the same duration as a one-time courtesy within twelve months.

**If we are able to fill your reservation with another booking at full price, we will refund your deposit.
